Aside from that obvious front end ... gap. On the TT. I tell people to look at the backgrounds in CL listings, you can learn a lot. In that case, I think I learned everything I needed to know without looking at the car in the pics at all. Whole lotta nope.

The Mercedes might be nice, but I feel like you could find one that runs and has attractive wheels for less than this one will cost to get going.
I could see getting a first-gen TT, but not that first-gen TT.
